We’re looking for a vibrant staff, ages 18 and older to live, teach, and work in the great outdoors. As a member of camp staff, you will teach leadership sessions, run adventure activities, and deliver program to the hundreds of campers that attend our premier leadership course each summer. From skits and songs, to teaching critical communication and problem-solving skills, to cooking lunch over an open campfire, each day of camp staff is a new adventure.
Competitive bi-weekly pay ranges from $400-$800 depending on skill and position.

Applicants should have excellent communication and group presentation skills, and/or be experienced in the position for which they apply. Most positions require some campsite living.
All camp staff must pass a background check and be willing to take youth-protection training.
As we expand our programs, there is the possibility for year-round employment.
